PETRON's Project Management team prepares a target schedule with meticulous detail, keeping the target deadlines in focus by identifying the Critical Path activities. A typical detailed schedule for shutdown work is drawn up on an hourly basis.
Project schedules are monitored and progress is updated on a daily basis (on an hourly basis, where critical) and compared with the targets. The use of Project Management Software viz., Primavera and Microsoft Project, enables Petron to provide efficient solutions to their customers in achieving the target deadlines while helping us plan our resources optimally
